The Defender 110 has always been considered one of the best expedition vehicles. It’s not only famous, it’s legendary! It was in production for 22 years, from 1983 to 2015 without any significant changes, and the reputation and value of this vehicle continues to grow. Even though the Defender 110 has a high carrying capacity of 1000 kg, it is still important not to make it too heavy and cumbersome which may in turn diminish some of its original capabilities and characteristics. The Defender 110, lightly out fitted as an expedition vehicle, is truly suited for global travels that may encounter everything from long haul high speed highways to slow bumpy secondary roads, to tough off-road trails.

Considerations:
There is an endless list of modifications that can be done to create the perfect Expedition 110 vehicle, however, the most significant modifications that we recommend include the following:
•    an expedition roof rack with a roof top tent and awning
•    an annex tent that can be attached to the awning to provide privacy for changing and showering
•    a camp toilet and shower with a solar heated water tank
•    storage drawer and locker systems for easy access to your camping supplies
•    level platform for sleeping inside the vehicle with privacy curtains and storage bags
•    an auxiliary fuel tank to extend the range of the Defender 110 to over 1000 km
